Co-Head of U.S. Capital Markets, Newmark Knight Frank

Kevin Shannon is the co-head of U.S. Capital markets at brokerage Newmark Group Inc. In his role with Newmark, Shannon leads a team of 33 that arranges disposition, financing and joint ventures of investment properties in 16 different markets in the Western U.S. Shannon has been involved in more than $76 billion worth of transactions since 2010 alone. Before joining Newmark, Shannon spent 10 years at CBRE Group Inc., holding the title of vice chairman and managing director for the West Coast Institutional Investment Group and leads the Western United States Office Vertical. Shannon is a USC grad and frequently guest lecturers at his alma mater. He is also a board member on the USC Lusk Center and serves as Vice Chairman at the USC Caruso Catholic Center.
