Real estate agent Jade Mills is among the top producers for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and in L.A. In 2021, she sold close to $1 billion worth of real estate. In her more than 30-year career, she has sold more than $6 billion worth of real estate, the highest of any Coldwell Banker agent. Some of her biggest sales in the last few years are the Chartwell Estate, which sold for $150 million; The Manor, which sold for $120 million; and the Playboy Mansion which sold for $100 million. Mills is the co-chairman of the International Luxury Alliance, a network of professionals focused on high-level service.
