Goldstein co-founded Brentwood-based GPI Cos. with Drew Planting in 2008. The company’s current pipeline includes a condo development at 9001 Santa Monica Blvd. in West Hollywood, a mixed-use project at the former Amoeba Records site in Hollywood, and West End, a former Macy’s store at the Westside Pavilion. Goldstein has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and was formerly with J.H. Snyder Co., where he worked on the River in Rancho Mirage, West Hollywood Gateway and the iconic Wilshire Courtyard and Water Garden office campuses. Goldstein is a USC alum.
