Dedeaux is the president and managing principal at logistics development and asset management Dedeaux Properties. The company’s portfolio currently has more than 6.5 million square feet of distribution, cold-storage and transportation-oriented properties. Dedeaux Properties currently has about 2 million square feet in development and entitlement. Dedeaux is involved in groups including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, USC Lusk Real Estate Center, USC Trojan Board of Directors, SIOR and AIR Commercial Real Estate Association. He also serves as the executive director of the Rod Dedeaux Foundation, which provides funds for amateur sports programs.
