Booth is a Los Angeles real estate attorney with a national practice. Her capital markets experience includes commercial mortgage-backed security and portfolio loans, syndication and participation arrangements, among others. She also assists mortgage and mezzanine lenders, equity investors and borrowers with nonperforming assets. In 2019, Booth was a part of the team that advised Verizon in its $1 billion sale of a Sunnyvale campus to Google. Booth is a board member of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles and past chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association real property section. She earned her JD from UCLA.
