Seymour’s practices include tax law, benefits, compensation and employment law. He represents public and private companies, firms and executives in the design, negotiation and drafting of cash and equity-based incentive compensation, employment agreements, severance, transaction incentive and other executive arrangements and programs. Seymour negotiates executive employment and related agreements and designs stock option plans, employee stock purchase plans, and other types of incentive compensation plans. He has guided Allegro MicroSystems Inc. in its plans for an initial public offering. Seymour has a BA from Binghamton University and a JD from University of Pennsylvania Law School.
