Founding Partner, Raines Feldman

Raines specializes in commercial leasing and advises his clients on every stage of real estate investment, leasing and development transactions. He has negotiated more than 25 million square feet of office, retail and industrial leases on behalf of institutional landlords and tenants. Raines has also applied his real estate knowledge to the digital asset space, creating ways to increase the value of his clients’ properties and businesses. He holds a JD from Georgetown University Law School and serves on the boards of several charitable organizations serving veterans, cancer research and the LGBTQ community.
