Dean, College of Business Administration, Loyola Marymount University
Smith assumed the post of dean at Westchester-based Loyola Marymount University’s College of Business Administration in 2018. The business school, which was established in 1926, has about 2,130 enrolled students and 77 full-time faculty. In April, the college’s Business for Good program received a $5 million endowment from the D.K. Kim Foundation to further its mission of crafting business solutions for low-income communities. In 2020, she was a founding dean of the global organization Women in Business Education. She is currently president-elect of the International Association of Jesuit Business Schools; she is slated to become president in July 2023.
