Chief Executive, PacWest Bancorp

Prior to joining Pacific Western Bank in 2000, Wagner was president and chief executive of Western Bancorp from 1996 to 1999, when Western Bancorp was acquired by U.S. Bancorp. Before joining Western Bancorp, Wagner served as an executive vice president with U.S. Bancorp in Minneapolis from 1990 to 1996 and as a senior vice president from 1985 to 1990. In October 2021, Pacific Western Bank announced the close of its acquisition of the Homeowners Association Services Division of MUFG Union Bank. The acquired division provides a full range of banking services to community management companies and their homeowners associations.
