Chief Executive, 1st Century Bank

DiNapoli’s company is a division of MidFirst Bank, the largest privately owned bank in the country. DiNapoli has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, having joined 1st Century in 2003, a year before the bank opened for business. He was named 1st Century Bank’s president in 2007 and chief executive in 2008. He holds a B.A. in history from UC Berkeley and has served on a number of nonprofit and academic boards, including as a UC Berkeley Foundation trustee from 2014 to 2016.
