Uribe leads JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s retail and consumer operations in California. She oversees an over $250 billion operation with nearly 1,000 branches and 10,000 employees. She has helped expand JPMorgan Chase’s five-year $30 billion Racial Equity Commitment in underserved communities. Uribe is an author and her most recent book is “Values: The Secret to Top-Level Performance in Business & Life.” She was also a Small Business Administration ambassador to the Treasury Department in 2020.
