Staffing company Korn/Ferry International on Tuesday said that its chief financial officer was leaving and a replacement has been appointed.

The Los Angeles executive recruitment firm said that Robert Rozek is succeeding Mike DiGregorio, who resigned to pursue other interests.

Rozek has more than 25 years of finance experience, Korn/Ferry said, most recently as chief financial officer and executive vice president at the New York real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield, where he oversaw global financial and accounting operations. He earlier held senior leadership positions at Las Vegas Sands Corp. and Eastman Kodak Co., and spent five years as a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

“We are confident that Bob’s broad finance experience and proven track record of managing global financial and accounting operations will benefit Korn/Ferry and its shareholders,” said Chief Executive Gary Burnison in a statement. “We thank Mike for his contributions …. during his time at the firm and we wish him every success in his future pursuits.”

Shares were up 23 cents, or 1.4 percent, to $16.75 in midday trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
