J.H. Cohn LLP and Reznick Group P.C., two national accounting firms with three Los Angeles-area offices, on Wednesday said they completed their merger and are now known as CohnReznick LLP.

The combined firm, now based in New York, becomes the nation’s 11th largest accounting firm, with 25 offices, 2,000 employees and combined revenues of more than $450 million. Its Southern California offices include the former Cohn offices in West Los Angeles and Woodland Hills and a Reznick office in Century City.

Cohn Chief Executive Thomas Marino, and Reznick Chief Executive Kenneth Baggett have become co-CEOs of CohnReznick.

The merger was first announced in May.
