True Religion Apparel Inc. on Thursday named Gary Harvey its creative director.
Former True Religion creative director, chief executive and founder Jeff Lubell stepped down from the company in March. TowerBrook Capital Partners, with headquarters in London and New York, acquired True Religion in July for about $835 million and took the company private.
Harvey, former creative director of Levi’s Europe, will work with True Religion’s senior leadership and report to Chief Merchandising Officer Lynne Koplin.
“Gary’s inspiring vision will bring an exciting, fresh perspective on the creative direction we need to help our brand evolve into the future,” Koplin said in a statement.
