Online electronics seller Newegg.com Inc. announced Tuesday that its e-commerce website is now accessible to shoppers in India, Ireland, Singapore, New Zealand, Poland and the Netherlands.

The City of Industry retailer also said it had added a multilingual customer support system that could help customers in new markets navigate the ordering process. The service translates customer questions into English and responses from company reps back from English to their native language. It currently works with the Polish and Dutch languages, and Newegg plans to add additional capabilities.

“We’re excited to continue bringing the Newegg service, products and deals to a wider, more global audience,” Soren Mills, chief marketing officer of Newegg North America said in a press release.
