The founder of the American Apparel clothing line allegedly held a teen worker captive and forced her to perform sex acts, she charges in an suit filed New York.
Irene Morales, now 20, is seeking $260 million in damages from her famed former boss, Dov Charney, 42, for enduring eight anguished months of forced sex, according to a suit filed in Brooklyn Supreme Court.
The suit also names the clothing company and its board of directors as defendants for allgedly knowing about Charney’s lewd behavior but not stopping it.
