A limited liability corporation linked to two sons of the Armenian finance minister, Gagik Khachatryan, has sold a home it owned across the street from the Playboy Mansion in Holmby Hills for $18.8 million.

Christophe Choo of Coldwell Banker in Beverly Hills was the listing agent for the home and confirmed the sale.

Gurgen and Artyom Khachatryan previously owned the 6,055-square-foot property, according to property records. They paid $11 million for it in 2010, according to Zillow.

The six-bedroom, five-bathroom estate at 355 S. Mapleton Drive first hit the market in June 2016 for $35 million. It then endured several price cuts before listing for about $20 million at the time of its sale.

The two-story home built in 1939 includes a pool and tennis court.
