Iconic Hawaiian apparel manufacturer and retailer Reyn Spooner Inc. has signed a 3,685-square-foot lease at the Chamber of Commerce Building in Old Pasadena.
Located at 117 E. Colorado Blvd., the workplace will include ground-floor offices, a retail showroom, and a design studio to support the company’s continued growth.

Reyn Spooner will occupy its new space in the fourth quarter of 2022.
CBRE Group Inc.’s Kevin Duffy, Natalie Bazarevitsch, Jackie Benavidez and Damon Feldmeth represented the landlord, an affiliate of Edgewood Realty Partners, and their managing agent, the Kutzer Company, in the transaction. Jonathan Dezzutti and Scott Steuber of CBRE represented Reyn Spooner.

“The unique combination of the design studio, retail showroom, and corporate office space will be the perfect complement to the historic Chamber of Commerce Building,” Duffy, a senior vice president at CBRE, said in a statement. “The new workplace allows Reyn Spooner employees direct access to dozens of Old Pasadena restaurants and retail amenities.”

The Chamber of Commerce Building is a landmark historic property with 84,000 square feet of creative office space above a ground floor of retailers and restaurants. It is located in the heart of Old Pasadena and has 246 parking spaces and is not far from the Gold Line and major thoroughfares.

According to CBRE research, in the first quarter of 2022, the Greater Los Angeles office sector achieved 512,403 square feet of positive net absorption, the second quarter of positive net absorption in a row.
Reyn Spooner was founded in 1956 and has collaborated with companies like Vans, Urban Outfitters and Stussy. The company is now owned by Aloha Brands.
