Paramount Chairman and Chief Executive Brad Grey has sold his Pacific Palisades home for $21.5 million, according to people familiar with the matter.
The buyer was Jordan L. Kaplan, CEO of Douglas Emmett, a real-estate investment trust. The home initially listed about a year ago for $29.9 million, but most recently asked $24.5 million.
Grey assembled the estate out of seven adjacent lots and built the house about 12 years ago.
