Vancouver-based Level Hotels & Furnished Suites, known for its upscale apartment-style accommodations, will be expanding its portfolio with three new U.S. locations, including two in the Los Angeles area.

The brand, which focuses on extended-stay lodging, will open properties next year in Long Beach and Hollywood.

Level Long Beach will debut in the spring and will feature 32 units ranging from 709 to 1,118 square feet in size. Guests will have the option of one-bedroom or two-bedroom suites, all of which offer state-of-the-art kitchen appliances and bathrooms with marble tile floors. In-suite amenities will include floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies, in-room laundry and walk-in closets. Additionally, all guests will have access to amenities including a two-story gym, steam and sauna rooms, pet spa, Amazon lockers and a theater room. The property will be located within a five-minute drive from Alamitos Beach and 25 minutes from LAX.

Level will open its Hollywood location in the summer, and guests will have the option of staying in a studio or a one- or two-bedroom suite. All units will feature in-suite laundry, gourmet kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms and walk-in closets. The Hollywood property will also include a fitness center, rooftop deck, outdoor pet run and sports court.

After the Long Beach and Hollywood locations open, Level will have a total of five properties in Greater Los Angeles. The brand already has three locations in downtown Los Angeles: Downtown Flower, Downtown South Hill and Downtown South Olive.

In addition to the Southern California locations, Level Fulton Market will open in Chicago in the spring. The hotel will open in Fulton Market, one of Chicago’s buzziest neighborhoods, which is known for its restaurants and breweries. Level Hotels & Furnished Suites is owned by the Canada-based Onni Group.
