Hong Kong-based Austin Pang Gloves Manufacturing Corp. has purchased a newly-constructed, 72,000-square-foot building at 17343 Freedom Way in the City of Industry for $13.4 million or about $185 per square foot.

Austin Pang plans on moving its U.S. headquarters to the site from its current location in Santa Fe Springs, according to Jeffrey Hubbard, a senior vice president at Lee & Associates, who represented the company in the transaction.

Tony Phu of Colliers International and Stu Milligan of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, CT Realty of Newport Beach.

Austin Pang, which manufactures gloves and personal protective equipment, does business in the U.S. as Johnson Wilshire Inc.
