CBRE Group Inc. said Monday it had purchased an affiliated brokerage in South Carolina and a residential development consultancy in London.
The downtown Los Angeles real estate services company said acquired CB Richard Ellis Carmody, a Charleston commercial real estate services firm that has been a CBRE affiliate since 1997.
CBRE also acquired Alan Selby & Partners, a London prime residential development consultancy, sales and leasing agency that targets the London Docklands market.
Shares closed up 1 cent, or less than 1 percent, to $23.04 on the New York Stock Exchange.
