Petaluma beer firm Lagunitas Brewing Co. has signed a 254,800-square-foot lease at 10th Street Center, a new three-building, 342,600-square-foot industrial business park on 21.6 acres on 10th Street in Azusa.

The deal, with Seal Beach landlord Xebec Realty Partners, will take two of the buildings.

The facilities will serve as the company’s third production brewery, with an initial capacity of around 420,000 barrels a year. Its other breweries are in Petaluma and Chicago.

Paul Sablock, Nicole Welch and Peter McWilliams of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. represented both sides in the deal. Lagunitas chose Asuza for its proximity to customers in Southern California, Sablock said.
