Manchester Blvd. is home to a pharmacy and will offer primary care services as well as health classes and programs.

Afghanistan Support: Aecom Technology Corp., a downtown L.A.-based construction and engineering services firm, has been awarded a contract worth up to $15 million from the U.S. Army. Aecom will be providing environmental support services to U.S. forces in Afghanistan.

BURBANK
New Dimension: Clearlake Capital Group, a private investment firm with offices in Santa Monica and New York, has acquired 3ality, a Burbank 3-D technology and software company. Steve Schklair will remain 3ality’s chief executive, while Clearlake’s Behdad Eghbali and Prashant Mehrotra will join the tech company’s board. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
New Look: Filmmaker James Cameron and cinematographer Vince Pace are launching a new 3-D company in Burbank. Cameron-Pace Group plans to develop 3-D camera systems and services for films, TV, sports, advertising and consumer products. Pace’s company, Pace Technologies in Burbank, will be transitioned into the new venture.

Bank Acquisition: First California Financial Group Inc., the Westlake Village parent of First California Bank, has closed its $5.5 million acquisition of the electronic banking division of Palm Desert National Bank. The deal gives First California the ability to offer sponsored prepaid debit cards and merchant payment services nationwide. The acquisition includes the Palm Desert division’s customer base, core deposits and employees.

Private Offering: Encino-based California United Bank has completed a private offering of its common stock to select investors with total subscriptions of $10.3 million; the bank sold 805,156 shares at $12.75 each. California United will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.

Hall of Fame: Valley Industry and Commerce Association, a Sherman Oaks non-profit that promotes L.A. business interests, has announced its latest inductees for the San Fernando Valley Business Hall of Fame: The honorees are: Van Nuys-based jet charter business Clay Lacy Aviation; Facey Medical Group, which operates medical offices in the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, San Gabriel and Simi valleys; Sierra Canyon School, a private K-12th school in Chatsworth; Universal City’s Sheraton Universal Hotel; and the late businessman and philanthropist Gene Autry. The inductees were chosen for their support of Valley businesses and the community. The Business Hall of Fame Dinner and induction ceremony will be held June 9 at the Sheraton Universal.
CORRECTION
In the April 4 article headlined “Shopping Site Adds Web Links to Grow Business” the name of Shopzilla President Bill Glass was misspelled in one reference. Also the article should have said that Shopzilla had EBITDA income (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of $38.7 million last year, not net income. Also, the company said Shopzilla reduced some rates for all its retail partners in 2009 and didn’t cut deals with new partners. The company also said information about two of the company’s websites, Beso and TaDa, was not accurate. A company spokeswoman said Shopzilla does not disclose revenue of individual websites.
