Series A: Santa Monica’s VideoAmp, whose platform supplies digital and TV targeting data and facilitates ad buys across television and online video platforms simultaneously, has raised $15 million in a Series A round led by Luxembourg’s RTL Group. VideoAmp says its targeting software tracks 150 million people and about 1 billion devices used by those individuals.

Industrial Lease: R1 Concepts, a La Habra maker and retailer of automotive braking systems, has signed a five-year lease for 107,554 square feet in a Cerritos industrial building with landlord Oltmans Construction Co. The tenant will utilize the location, at 13140 Midway Place, as its warehouse and distribution center by year’s end. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Bright Idea: Entertainment Lighting Services has been acquired by 4Wall Entertainment Lighting, a national stage and theatrical lighting services firm headquartered in Las Vegas. Entertainment Lighting provides lighting and staging equipment for film and TV production as well as for use at live events and retail stores. 4Wall said Entertainment Lighting’s services would be folded into its L.A. operations. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

New HQ: Caesarstone, a Van Nuys manufacturer of quartz-surface kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities, has reached a $3.5 million deal to lease 21,500 square feet at 9255 Corbin Ave. in Chatsworth’s Northridge Business Park, where the firm intends to relocate its corporate headquarters in March. The company is currently headquartered at 6840 Hayvenhurst Ave.

Checked In: IPC Healthcare Inc., a North Hollywood provider of doctors to hospitals and nursing homes, has announced that it has acquired Amity Health in Wichita, Kan. IPC estimates the acquisition will bring about 13,000 patient visits annually and complement its existing market presence in Wichita. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Apartments Acquisition: Brentwood’s R.W. Selby & Co. Inc. has purchased a 110-unit multifamily portfolio in North Hollywood for $49.5 million from Palo Alto’s Pacific Urban Residential. The same three-building portfolio sold for around $12 million in July 2011. The complex, known as the Magnolia Park Villas, comprises three buildings on West Magnolia Street between North Clybourn and Biloxi avenues.

Multifamily Deal: Beverly Hills’ Domino Realty has sold an 18-unit apartment complex in Winnetka for $4.53 million to private investors Varant and Sevan Markarian of Glendale. Domino bought the 17,600-square-foot property, at 7315 Winnetka Ave., in July of last year for $2.9 million.
