Iezman is responsible for the strategic planning and direction of all firm activities and a member of the firm’s investment and management committees. He has directed the acquisition, structuring, and management of approximately $10 billion of real estate throughout the United States. He is an adjunct professor at USC’s Sol Price School of Public Policy, where he teaches real estate asset management in the master of real estate development program and is a member of the executive committee of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate. Iezman is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute and sits on the board of the ULI Foundation. He has more than 42 years of real estate experience and earned a BA degree from UC Santa Barbara and a JD from the USC School of Law.
