Scott Beiser previously led Houlihan Lokey’s infrastructure services and materials practice and has specialized expertise in investment banking services for engineering and construction businesses, including ownership and management transition programs, corporate acquisitions, divestitures, and leveraged recapitalizations. Beiser serves on the board of FNF Construction and is an adviser to several boards and executives in the engineering and construction industry. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, he was a senior financial analyst at Transamerica Occidental Life Insurance Co., where he supervised the budget and forecasting department. Beiser earned a BS and master’s from Cal State Northridge.
