Bland is co-head and managing director of Wedbush Capital Partners, a lower-middle market private equity firm. Bland has served as a board director or observer for many companies and organizations, and is currently on the boards of CriterionBrock, Critical Alert Systems, Passport Food Group, the Stanford Athletic Board, and Mayfield Senior School and is a member of the advisory council for USC’s Marshall School of Business Entrepreneurial Studies Program. He received his BA from Stanford University and his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Industry specialization: Family-owned or closely-held business service or manufacturing companies operating in the food and/or health care industries.

Deal value range: $5 million to $50 million.

Recent transactions: Led the recapitalization of Passport Food Group, a Los Angeles-based manufacturer and distributor of Asian food products.
