Ronald L. Havner Jr.
Chairman and Chief Executive, Public Storage
Ronald Havner has been chairman and chief executive of Public Storage since August 2011 and November 2002, respectively. Havner joined Public Storage, an international self-storage company, in 1986 and has held a variety of senior management positions. He has been chairman of Public Storage’s affiliate, PS Business Parks Inc., since March 1998. He also serves as a director of AvalonBay Communities Inc. and California Resources Corp. Havner was the 2014 chairman of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts Inc.
