Co-founded by Rick Hilton in 1993, Beverly Hills-based Hilton & Hyland specializes in select properties throughout Southern California and is an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate. A member of the Hilton hotel family, he has been involved in luxury real estate for more than three decades. He developed Brentwood Country Estates, where home values exceed $25 million. Hilton was the key component, acting as agent for both buyer and seller, in the record-breaking $85 million sale of the Candy Spelling estate, which was at the time the largest residential sale in L.A. history.
