Richard Ressler

President, Orchard Capital Corp., CIM Group

Richard Ressler is the founder and president of Orchard Capital Corp., a firm that provides consulting and advisory services to companies in which Orchard or its affiliates invest. Through his affiliation with the firm, Ressler serves in various senior capacities with, among others, CIM Group, a real estate and infrastructure investment and management company; Orchard First Source Asset Management; and OCV Management. Ressler also serves as a board member for various public and private companies in which Orchard Capital or its affiliates invest, including as chairman of j2 Global Inc. He’s also chairman of CIM Commercial Trust Corp. Ressler co-founded CIM Group in 1994 and chairs its executive, investment, allocation, and asset management committees, and serves on its credit committee.
