Mark Hutchins

Mark Hutchins is a member of KPMG’s internal audit, risk, and compliance services practice. He is the L.A. office managing partner and serves on the firm’s board with more than 34 years of experience providing risk management and advisory services. He was the national lead partner for enterprise risk management services for the banking and finance practice and led Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 efforts for major companies. He is the chairman of the United Way of Greater Los Angeles and director and audit committee chair for the Library Foundation, and he sits on the board of the California Chamber of Commerce.
