Avi Shemesh

Avi Shemesh has been an active real estate investor for more than 25 years, co-founding CIM Group in 1994. As a principal and head of the firm’s investments group, he is actively involved in the investment process and provides guidance on the diverse investment ideas across CIM’s platforms. He serves on the firm’s investment and asset management committees. Additionally, Shemesh is responsible for the day-to-day operations of CIM, including strategic initiatives, property management and leasing, and investor relations. Prior to CIM, Shemesh was involved in a number of entrepreneurial real estate activities, including co-founding Dekel Development, which handled a variety of commercial and multifamily properties in Los Angeles.
