Co-Chief Executive, Gensler

Andy Cohen is one of two co-chief executives at Gensler, a global architectural, design and planning firm. He oversees Gensler’s global platform and its day-to-day operations, some 5,000-plus people networked across 44 offices, serving clients in 120-plus countries. Cohen is chairman of Gensler’s board and leads the committee responsible for global design innovation initiatives, spearheading design excellence strategies across the firm’s 31 diverse practice areas. He is a board member of the UCLA Institute of the Environment and Sustainability and an active member of the World Presidents’ Organization.
