Steven Spielberg is chairman of Amblin Partners, the company he formed in 2015 in partnership with Participant Media, Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group and Entertainment One. Spielberg is reportedly working on a fifth installment of his Indiana Jones series, tentatively for a 2021 release, as well as a remake of the musical “West Side Story.” Spielberg is the top-grossing movie director of all time, having helmed such blockbusters as “Jaws,” “E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial” and “Jurassic Park.” He is a three-time Academy Award winner. The director formed his own production company, Amblin Entertainment, in 1984 and 10 years later partnered with Jeffrey Katzenberg and David Geffen to form DreamWorks Studios. The studio enjoyed both critical and commercial success, including three consecutive Best Picture Academy Award winners. Spielberg has an estimated net worth of $5.1 billion and is No. 11 on the Los Angeles Business Journal’s list of Wealthiest Angelenos.
