More South Bay homes traded hands in June than in any month since August 2005, the Daily Breeze reports, citing a new real estate report.
Last month saw 830 properties sold in the South Bay, according to Manhattan Beach-based Shorewood Realtors. The June figure was still 5.5 percent below the number of homes sold a year earlier.
