Telecommunications firm HickoryTech Corp. said late Friday that it will sell its Enterprise Solutions subsidiary to Los Angeles-based equity firm Skyview Capital for an undisclosed amount.
The subsidiary, based in Roseville, Minn., provides Internet telephony services and software management for data and call centers. The company mainly supports Nortel-equipped centers.
HickoryTech said the business will remain headquartered in the Twin Cities metro area and that customers should expect no interruptions or changes in service.
