Robert Bradway has been chairman of Amgen Inc. since 2013 and chief executive since 2012. He joined the company in 2006 after serving as a managing director at Morgan Stanley in London, where he had oversight of the firm’s banking and corporate finance activities in Europe. He got his start at Morgan Stanley as a health care industry investment banker. He is on the board of Boeing Co., a member of the board of trustees of USC and on the advisory board of the Leonard D. Schaeffer Center for Health Policy and Economics at USC. He also is chairman of the CEO Roundtable on Cancer, a nonprofit founded to bring solutions to cancer treatment and prevention, and a member of the American Heart Association CEO Roundtable. He chairs the board of directors of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America.
