Northrop Grumman Corp. has named Wesley G. Bush as chief financial officer, succeeding Charles H. Noski, who will leave the company to pursue other professional interests.
The changes will become effective when the L.A.-based defense contractor files its 10-K form with the Securities and Exchange Commission by March 15, the company said.
Bush’s current role is corporate vice president and president of the company’s space technology sector. Northrop is evaluating candidates to fill the position.
Noski will continue to serve on Northrop’s board of directors until his term expires in May.
