Woodbury University School of Business, a Burbank higher-education institution, has named Brian Flynn director of development. Previously, Flynn was director of major gifts at Huntington Medical Research Institute, a Pasadena non-profit biomedical research institute.
CalArts, a Valencia fine arts university, has named Randy Alpert, Alan Bergman and William M. Campbell III to its board. Alpert is owner of Scream Studios, a Calabasas music recording studio. Bergman is president of Walt Disney Studios. Campbell was most recently president of Panavision, a Woodland Hills-based supplier of film production equipment.
