Kenneth A. Feinfield has joined Wilmington Trust, a wealth advisory firm, as managing director and senior fiduciary advisor. Feinfield was formerly leader in the estate planning and trust administration departments of the Los Angeles law firm Freeman Freeman & Smiley.
HSBC, an international financial institution, has appointed William M. Ozaki relationship manager in the bank’s California commercial banking division. Ozaki was formerly a credit officer at the Union Bank of California.
Indymac Bank has made the following personnel changes: Michelle Minier was promoted to chief executive of Financial Freedom, an Indymac subsidiary; Linda Hitchcock was promoted to senior vice president of the centralized mortgage operations group; and Yolanda Castellanos was appointed branch manager at Indymac’s newest branch in San Marino. Minier was the former vice president of centralized mortgage operations; Hitchcock was director of operations accountability and process standardization; and Castellanos was branch manager at Indymac’s Whittier location.

Jon Teschner has joined Novocom, a broadcast production and graphic design firm in Los Angeles, as executive vice president. Teschner was formerly studio manager for New Wave Entertainment in Burbank.

Maureen Vipperman has been appointed spa director at the Spa at Pacific Palms in Industry Hills. Vipperman was formerly the director of resort spa operations at the Spa at Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort.

Kim Worobec and Devin Senelick have joined the Los Angeles office of Hooper Lundy & Bookman Inc., a national health law firm. Worobec was previously an associate with McDermott Will & Emery LLP. Senelick was previously an associate with LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae LLP.

Tarrnie Williams has been named general manager of Relic Entertainment, a partner video game developer with THQ Inc. Williams was previously executive producer at Relic.
AvatarLabs, an entertainment graphics and online design studio, has promoted Laura Primack to senior art director and producer. Primack was previously a designer for the studio.
Lisa Palmer has been promoted to vice president and general sales manager at Adlink. Palmer was previously local sales manager at Adlink.

The American Red Cross of Santa Monica has named Marcia Caldirola director of development. Caldirola was formerly international recruiter and assistant director of admissions at the Art Institute of California in Los Angeles.

Laing Urban, a Culver City based urban communities builder, has made the following personnel changes: Tom Guiteras was appointed director of development; Stephen Jordan was named director of land acquisition; and Dana Yogel was promoted to vice president of development. Guiteras was a project manager for JH Snyder Co.; Jordan was land acquisition manager for Pulte Homes; and Yogel was director of development for Laing Urban.
Gwen MacKenzie has joined Federal Realty Investment Trust as the West Coast senior director of acquisitions. MacKenzie was formerly vice president of retail investments for Sperry Van Ness.
Adrienne Barr has been promoted to first vice president of Team Lustig-Bower, a multi-housing property subsidiary of CB Richard Ellis. Barr was previously vice president of Team Lustig-Bower.

King’s Hawaiian, a Torrance-based maker of Hawaiian sweet bread and dinner rolls, has appointed Joe Carter as director of trade marketing. Carter recently served as senior marketing manager at Nissin Foods.
Technology
InfoSpace Inc., a Bellevue, Wash.-based provider of mobile content and applications, has appointed Geoff Stevens as vice president of production management for mobile media in the company’s Los Angeles office. Stevens was previously general manager of local sponsored search and mobile monetization product lines for Yahoo Inc.
RampRate Inc., a Santa Monica-based information technology outsourcing company, has named Edwin Grogan chief technology officer. Grogan previously was senior managing partner and co-founder of New London Associates, a New York-based software development and consulting firm.
Transportation
Los Angeles World Airports has appointed Ralph Morones as director of construction and maintenance. Morones was formerly director of airports maintenance for Ontario International Airport.
