Lexington Design + Fabrication, a Pacoima firm specializing in themed environments, has named Jay Decker director of client relations. Previously, Decker was director of marketing and business development for Scenario Design, a Commerce design firm.

Wells Fargo Community Bank has named Nicha Tabrizi district manager for the East San Gabriel market. Previously, Tabrizi was a sales development consultant in the bank’s San Diego market.

City National Bank has named Ryan Wirth vice president and branch manager at its Olympic Plaza banking office in West Los Angeles. Previously, Wirth was a vice president at Citibank.

CONSTRUCTION

Arcadis, a construction consulting and engineering firm, has named William Broz as operations manager in its downtown L.A. office. Previously, Broz was a vice president at CTG Forensics Inc., an engineering and construction services firm based in Irvine.

ENTERTAINMENT

Vicon House of Moves, a special effects house in Del Rey, has named D.J. Hauck technical supervisor. Previously, Hauck was co-founder of special effects firm Digital Concepts Group.

GOVERNMENT

Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa has named the Rev. Jeff Carr chief of staff and Jay Carson chief deputy mayor. Previously, Carr was the city’s director of gang reduction and youth development. Carson was traveling press secretary for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

Los Angeles World Airports, the agency that runs the city’s airports, has named Michael Feldman deputy executive director for facilities management. Previously, Feldman was deputy managing director at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

HEALTH CARE

Accredited Home Health Services, a home health care provider, has named Debra Bear rehabilitation manager at its West L.A. office. Previously, Bear was a rehabilitation supervisor at UCLA Home Health Care.

MemorialCare Health System, a Fountain Valley-headquartered operator of five medical centers in Los Angeles and Orange counties, has named Keith Nelson vice chairman. Nelson is a name partner at Long Beach law firm Newell Curtis Nelson & Burnight.

LAW

Sony Pictures Entertainment in Culver City has promoted Helayne Antler and Mary Burke to senior vice presidents in the labor relations department. Previously, Antler and Burke were vice presidents in the

department.

MEDIA

BuzzMedia, a Hollywood-based operator of pop culture-focused Web sites, has named Doug Rohrer chief revenue officer. Previously, Rohrer was executive vice president of sales at MTV Networks.

NON-PROFIT

Best Buddies California, a Culver City-based organization that supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, has named Genette Easton state director. Previously, Easton was the chief executive of HomeAid, a Newport Beach-based non-profit provider of housing for the temporarily homeless.

Chrysalis, a downtown L.A. non-profit organization that provides employment for the homeless and poor, has named Mark Loranger chief executive, and Makan Delrahim and Sean Foley to its board. Previously, Loranger was vice president at the non-profit. Delrahim is a shareholder at Brentwood law firm Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck LLP. Foley is an executive vice president and regional chairman at US Bank.

The J. Paul Getty Trust, an L.A.-based cultural and philanthropic institution, has named Kimberly Wong assistant general counsel. Previously, Wong was senior vice president and general counsel at American Golf Corp., a Santa Monica-based operator of golf courses.

The AIR Commercial Real Estate Association, a non-profit organization promoting the Southern California industrial and commercial real estate industries, has named Lee A. Dresie to a second five-year term as the board’s legal adviser. Dresie is litigation group chairman at Century City law firm Greenberg Glusker Fields Claman & Machtinger LLP.

Robert Stepp has joined the West L.A. office of Hendricks & Partners, a Phoenix-based real estate services firm, as associate partner. Previously, Stepp was a senior adviser at Sperry Van Ness, an Irvine-based commercial real estate services firm.

Younan Properties Inc., a Woodland Hills real estate investment and management firm, has named Sarah Sadat director of finance and treasurer, and Terry Smolich vice president of human resources. Previously, Sadat was director of human resources at the firm. Smolich was vice president of human resources at Arden Realty Inc., a West L.A.-based commercial real estate landlord.

Guardian Real Estate Services has named Andrew Perera regional portfolio manager for Southern California in the company’s Brentwood office. Previously, Perera was a property manager at CB Richard Ellis Group Inc., a West L.A.-based real estate services firm.

CityView, a Westwood-based real estate investment firm, has named J. David Martin and Lee H. Wagman vice chairmen. Martin is chairman at the Martin Group, a Santa Monica-based real estate services firm, and Wagman was chief executive.
