National Lampoon Names Interim CFO
National Lampoon Inc., a Los Angeles-based entertainment company, said late Wednesday that it has named Lorraine Evanoff interim chief financial officer.
Evanoff will replace David Kane, who left last month for personal reasons, the media company said.
Evanoff returns to National Lampoon after a year as director of finance for Element Films LLC. She had served as vice president of finance and chief accounting officer at National Lampoon from April 2005 to March 2006.
Shares in National Lampoon closed up 1 cent Wednesday to $2.29 in trading on the American Stock Exchange.
