The manufacturing sector of the nation’s economy grew at a slower pace in November than in the previous month, according to a private group’s survey of business executives released Thursday.
The Institute for Supply Management, which conducted the survey of purchasing and supply executives, said its manufacturing index was 58.1 last month, down slightly from October’s reading of 59.1.
