Not impressed with Hayden
I read with interest Daniel Taub’s interview of Tom Hayden (“Candidate Hayden,” Feb. 3). It is apparent that Hayden is a man who takes himself seriously (still). It is amazing that anyone else does (or did).
Is there a record even for politicians for self-serving non-answers to clear questions; for self-contradiction within the same paragraph; for obfuscation; for innuendo; for being misinformed; for baseless data twisting? In the last paragraph of the article, Hayden states: “It is typical for dysfunctional people to say everyone else is dysfunctional”- then, Hayden labels Mayor Riordan dysfunctional. Interesting.
Great interview, I would sooner vote for Melrose Larry.
