THE LATEST: For nearly two decades, Luchs has helped global retail brands and fashion houses find prime locations through leases and sales. In 2018, his team completed $1 billion in retail transactions in L.A., and he recently handled the sale of the former Brooks Bros. property on Rodeo Drive.
BACKGROUND: Luchs counts some of the world’s most recognized brands as clients, including H&M, LVMH, Fred Segal, Jimmy Choo, Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, Bottega Veneta, Nike, Converse, Tory Burch, Equinox and Beats by Dre. Luchs, who is from Maryland, attended the University of Virginia before moving to L.A. in 1995.
