Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 fell to $36.7 million from $67 million in the comparable period of the prior year.
The company said the most recent fourth quarter’s results included a charge of $22.8 million related to a foreign currency adjustment.
The company said it projects 2005 sales in the range of $240 million to $250 million and net income between $9 million and $12 million.
