The dollar touched a fresh seven-month high against the euro on Thursday after a report showed the U.S. economy grew more vigorously in the first quarter than initial data had indicated.
Early in the New York session, the euro was trading down 0.7 percent from late in New York Wednesday at $1.2514, having fallen as low as $1.2512.
