El Segundo Properties Sold

The industrial division of Dallas-based real estate giant Lincoln Property Co., in partnership with an affiliate of investment house Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette, has completed a $26 million acquisition of three buildings, two of which are in El Segundo.

The El Segundo buildings at 200 and 202 Nash St., which together contain 202,000 square feet, are entirely leased to memory products specialist Ampex Corp.

The third building purchased in the deal is the 345,000-square-foot Costa Mesa property serving as Nissan Motor Corp.’s southwest regional distribution facility.

Lincoln and the brokers who negotiated the sale The Klabin Co.’s David Prior, Todd Taugner and F. Ronald Rader declined to identify the seller.

But title records indicate the Nash Street properties’ former owner is Bay 511 Corp.
