Iris International Inc. said Tuesday that is plans to offer up to $125 million in common and preferred stock as well as debt securities. The Chatsworth-based biotech company said the proceeds will be used for product development, to finance acquisitions and for investments. Shares of Iris fell 7.6 percent to $16.64 in afternoon trading on the Nasdaq.
Motorcar Parts of America Inc. said Tuesday that it received approval to list its securities on the Nasdaq Global Market. Common stock in the Torrance-based recycled auto part supplier will trade under the MPAA ticker and will begin trading at the market open on Dec. 3. Shares are currently being trading on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board and were down 1.4 percent to $10.75 in early trading Tuesday.
